E-Mail With An Attachment Sent To the Project Mailbox Is Losing the Attached File (Doc ID 2594733.1)

On Unifier : Version 18.8

When sending an e-mail package that has a file attached to it into Unifier's Mailbox.

Expected Behavior

The e-mail package, along with its attached file, should be found in the Mailbox.

Actual Behavior

While the e-mail package is making it to the Mailbox, the file that was attached to it when it was sent is not found.

Business Impact

Due to this the files attached to the e-mail packages sent to Unifier are lost.
