E-Mail With An Attachment Sent To the Project Mailbox Is Losing the Attached File

On Unifier : Version 18.8
When sending an e-mail package that has a file attached to it into Unifier's Mailbox.
The e-mail package, along with its attached file, should be found in the Mailbox.
While the e-mail package is making it to the Mailbox, the file that was attached to it when it was sent is not found.
Due to this the files attached to the e-mail packages sent to Unifier are lost.
