Fusion Global Payroll: Not Able To Add Payroll Name After Employee Is Created (Doc ID 2594753.1)

Able to assign the payroll definition when create a new employee.

Forgot to assign the payroll and want to assign the payroll after the employee is created, but not able to do that.
The Payroll definitions screen does not give us any option to do that. It is happening for all employees that do not have a payroll assigned.
The user that tries to do this have the Payroll Administrator, Payroll Manager roles assigned to them. Please let me know if it looks for any additional roles to perform this operation.
