On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Performance
Releasing Project Expenditure Batch through ADFDI Spreadsheet finishes with:
ERROR
“An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident: 16, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: <Server name>, Application Name: ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.”
STEPS

1. Costs - Manage Unreleased Costs - enetr the data and tried to upload the costs
