To help Support Analysts to troubleshoot approval flow issues encountered in Fusion Applications.
This guide is ONLY for INTERNAL use.
This guide applies only for cases when the issue is reported for one approval flow (e.g. absence approval flow).
This guide does not apply for cases where ALL approval flows are affected.

Troubleshooting of absences approval issues - Points to be considered |
1) Absence was submitted, is in Awaiting approval status but manager did not received any notification (BPM or Email). Admin is not able to find any notification in the BPM Worklist |
2) Manager has approved the transaction but the absence status is Awaiting approval (OR Awaiting withdrawn approval) |
