Symptoms

When attempting to login to P6 Professional in an Oracle Cloud Hosted Environment,
the following error occurs although the proper application access has been applied to the user.

ERROR

You are not authorized to run the application. Please contact your administrator.

NOTE: In this scenario, the user is able to login to P6 EPPM Web successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to P6 Professional.
2. Take note of the error message.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot login to P6 Professional.
