Resource Hierarchy Fields Are Showing Repeated Values In Prompt

In OTBI we are using sales resource top-level, level 16, level 15, level 14 and level 13 fields to achieve the same.
Top level field shows only one value which is correct. From level 16 fields onwards, the values from higher hierarchy levels is getting displayed.
Expected to see only the respective values for that level and not keep repeating the higher level
Example: I am able to see the top level resource name in the level 16 field. The same value is appearing in levels 15, 14 and 13.
in the 13th level, its showing all the resource hierarchy values.
Top level field = Top level value (President)
Level 16 = top level + level 16 values (President + SVPs)
Level 15 = top level + level 16 + level 15 values (President + SVPs + RVPs)
Level 14 = top level + level 16 + level 15 + level 14 values (President + SVPs + RVPs + LMs)
Level 13 = top level + level 16 + level 15 + level 14 + Level 13 values (President + SVPs + RVPs + LMs + Sales persons)
We tried to restrict this values by using SQL, but if we use SQL results then 'limiting by other column' option is getting disabled.
We need that cascading effects in the prompt- meaning if a SVP logins in, only RVPs, LMs and Sales persons under him should be available for selection in the prompt.
If we use CASE(if) expression in formula then it is shows “null” value in the lower levels because we are using ‘limiting by option’.
We need to display the correct resource name in all the levels. Please provide a solution for this.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create dashboard prompt with Sales - CRM pipeline SA
2.Add the below four fields
i.Sales Resource Level 16 Resource Name
ii.Sales Resource Level 15 Resource Name
iii.Sales Resource Level 14 Resource Name
4.Sales Resource Level 13 Resource Name
3.Click on the preview button
4.Check the result
