Is It Possible to Change viewport <meta> tag in OCC?

WHAT IS A Viewport <meta> tag?

If a URL contains a viewport <meta> tag, with the attribute user-scalable set to '0' or 'no', this will prevent the user from zooming in or zooming out.

Note that the browser's viewport is the area of the window in which web content can be seen.

Also, the viewport varies with the device, and will be smaller on a mobile phone than on a computer screen.

A <meta> viewport element gives the browser instructions on how to control the page's dimensions and scaling.

The user-scalable attribute defines whether users can scale (zoom) the page content on mobile or not.

By default, scaling is on, but if user-scalable is set to '0' or 'no' then this will prevent users from zooming.

It has been observed that there are issues with site loading/functioning for users with iPhone/iPad or Safari browser use.

The viewport <meta> tag is causing issues for users with scrolling-related functionality, and page loading with zoom.

Is there a way to remove the viewport <meta> tag, or to modify it, in order to correct some of the issues that are being observed?
