Error "the Location Or Dock Scanned Are Different" When Loading in RF Using Validation of Double Deck (Doc ID 2595050.1)

Symptoms

On : 9.0.0 version, Core Product Functionality (On Production)

When scanning the Dock Door while using transaction "Load OBLPN". while this screen has parameter "double-validation-dock" in Screen Configurations set to "Validation of dock double"
the following error occurs.

ERROR

"the location or dock scanned are different"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to RF Transaction "Load LPN"
2. Enter OB Load LOAD123
3. Enter OBLPN OBLPN_ABC
4. Enter location barcode LOCATIONABC
5. Error occurs

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot dispatch the order.
