When trying to load salary updates using HDL while there are transaction in pending approval, we have enabled the profile option HR_DISABLE_PENDING_APPROVALS_CHECK_IN _HCM_DATA_LOADER and set it to Y in site.The key note is that the HDL upload for the salary changes is successful and when the manager notification is opened to approve the pending salary update, it displays an error: "Another user has changed the row with primary key oracle.jbo.Key(....)".

The manager approval has been setup to approve the salary changes. HDL upload is to bypass the approval and display new salary in the manage salary for the employee. But, the employee page is still pending approval.When the MSS approval is terminated from transaction console, then the HDL changes are effective for the employee. In all other cases, the employee will have pending approval in his salary page.
