Symptoms



When selecting a Tasks in the Tasks menu in the Inventory and Manufacturing applications, an error is produced.

Definition oracle.apps.fles.scm<> invStripingDFF.view.InvStrpingDFFVO of type View Definition is not found
java.lang.NullPointereException



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Manufacturing or Inventory Organization
2. Select a Task from Tasks menu

3. Error appears
