Goal

On : 11.13.18.01.0 version, Sales for Microsoft Office 365

Duplication logic in OEC not triggered through Office365

Customer ran the key registration for Enterprise Data Quality, and verified the "real-time" duplicate identification works in SUI during Contact creation. However, they are able to create the exact duplicate through O365 side panel , so it is not firing the OEC logic
