Synchronize Appointment From Outlook Autopopulates Account Value Everytime - Is It Expected or Not? (Doc ID 2595362.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Microsoft Outlook

Synchronize appointment from Outlook makes Account field to auto populate with the same value every time

User synchronizes appointment from Outlook and Account 'x' always appears in the Account field.
if user remove it manually, it pops back up when he saves it. Could you please check and advise how can we remove that value and make it blank as a default. Thank you.
