Symptoms

Users would like to be able to drill through from ARCS to GL. If users are already logged in into ARCS, the link opens a second window/tab and displays the expected "Inquire on Detail Balances" page with the correct account selections passed from ARCS. If users aren't already logged in into ARCS, the Account Monitor page is unexpectedly displayed.
