Goal

When searching the shipment line with schedule ship date, why is the Scheduled Ship Date in Manage Shipment Lines considering GMT+0:00 date instead of settings in 'General Preferences: Regional'?

Navigator -> Inventory Management -> Task -> select Shipments -> Manage Shipment Lines -> Scheduled Ship Date -> select dates Between -> the time displayed is GMT instead of Pacific Time (-8 hrs) as set in 'General Preferences: Regional'
