Goal

Several docker containers with "Exited" status remain inside the Oracle VM of Oracle Blockchain Platform Enterprise Edition (OBPEE).
It is observed that, these stale containers with "Exited" status always occupy the storage and eventually need to be reclaimed entirely, this sure introduce large I/O overhead for re-provisioning and resync, and sub-sequence operational tasks.
