How to count on performance task status "Ready" using OTBI Subject Area "Workforce Performance - Performance Task Status Real Time"
Goal is to get the count of each task status in the performance cycle.
"Workforce Performance - Performance Task Status Real Time" subject area has dimensions defined to retrieve the count of "Not Started", "In Progress" & "Completed" statuses but no dimension to count on "Ready" Status.
1. Employee finishes the Self Evaluation task and submits it to the manager.
2. If a manager didn't open the document yet, the status is "Ready". Once the manager opens the document and starts evaluating, the status will be changed to "In Progress".
Customer needs to capture the count of manager who didn't open the document yet (by getting the count of "Ready" status) and also to get the managers who are working on the document (by getting the count of "In Progress" status).
