PRC:POZ: Customize Notification Is Not Reflecting in Email (Doc ID 2595763.1)

Symptoms


ERROR
-----------------------
FYI: Supplier User Account for XXXXX was created.

"The task details is not available at this time. Logon to workplace Application to view Details. "

STEPS
-----------------------
Want to Customize the below notification that is sent to Supplier Contact after creating Supplier user account.

"FYI: Supplier User Account for XXXXX was created"

1. Go to Supplier >> Supplier Contacts
2. Create a Contact >> Add Details >> Provide Email Address >>
3. Check Create User Account >> Add roles >> Submit

After that Supplier contact will receive the Welcome Notification mail from system. After that Supplier contact will receive another mail with all roles assigned with following subject.

"FYI: Supplier User Account for XXXXX was created"

Now, customized the Notification as below

1) Login as a Procurement Administrator/ Procurement Implementation Consultant
2) Manage Sanboxes >> Create one >> Set As Active
3) Now go to BPM >> Administrative Tasks >> Search for the Notification "FYI:Supplier User Account for XXXXX was created" >> Open it >> Then in the Notification, left hand side top corner you will get option to edit
4) He added new text by customization and Published the Sandbox.

After that tested the issue by creating a new Supplier contact, The Supplier contact received a bell notification as done in the customization but the same is not reflecting in the email notification. Supplier contact is getting following error.

"The task details is not available at this time. Logon to workplace Application to view Details"
