Employee Search Order Is Not Alphabetic On Person Management (Doc ID 2595815.1)

Goal

Try to search an employee on Person Management and when there are more than one person with the same name (keyword) as put in 'Name' search,

we get a list of employees. This list is not sorted in correct alphabetic order.

Business Case : Business has names in caps as well as small letters for its employees.


Expected result: list is in ascending alphabetical order.


Actual result: Last name in caps comes before the ones where last name is in small letter, even after choose to sort in ascending order.

However, this is not the case with first names (they are picked in alphabetical order irrespective of their CASE)

As business has some names in capital in their data, so it could make it challenging to find someone by last name.
