Distributions and Accounting in Receipt and Cost accouting modules
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should create distributions and accounting
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Consumption Advice POs
2. 2 Qty received against CA POs and 1 qty consumed.
3. No Distribution and Accounting is generated in Receipt and Cost.
