Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Orders

User is trying the cancel the sales order #65655 but getting below error.


ERROR
--------
You cannot submit the change to order <Order Number> because other changes are being processed. (FOM-4515052) Details: Review the processing order when the changes are complete, and resubmit the revision.


STEPS
-------
1. Order created and submitted
2. Order is in Require Manual Scheduling
3. Create Revision to Cancel.
