Fusion Global HR: The Edit and Delete Buttons Are Not Visible for Custom Document Records

Symptoms
User is unable to see the Edit or Delete buttons for custom document records.
Steps:
- My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More
- In the Employment section, click Document Records
- Search for and select an employee
- Click Add
- Select a custom document type
- Complete any required fields
- Click Submit
- Click on the View More Details icon
- Notice that the Edit and Delete buttons are not available
