Fusion Global HR: The Edit and Delete Buttons Are Not Visible for Custom Document Records (Doc ID 2596169.1)

Symptoms

User is unable to see the Edit or Delete buttons for custom document records. 

Steps:

  1. My Client Groups > Quick Actions > Show More
  2. In the Employment section, click Document Records
  3. Search for and select an employee
  4. Click Add
  5. Select a custom document type
  6. Complete any required fields
  7. Click Submit

  8. Click on the View More Details icon
  9. Notice that the Edit and Delete buttons are not available
