Error When Sharing A Received Email Without Subject Using Office 365 Add-in (Doc ID 2596193.1)

On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Microsoft Office 365


One of our test users reported that, when an existing contact sends her an email, the add-in stays in loading forever, after which it throws an error:

"An error occurred while searching for the item in Oracle Engagement Cloud. (ZPS_365-5695051).




STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Open received email
See that add in stays in loading
Get error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot open addin when receiving email.
