Symptoms

On : 11.12.1.0.0 version, Setup Module

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer notes are not saved after creation.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer notes should be stored and able to be queried after saving.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add customer note
2. Save
3. Query customer and verify note is missing
