On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality
It shows an error message when trying to create a CC Adjustment Approval Rule.
ERROR

ORA-00904: "VERSIONID": invalid identifier
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to CC Adjustment Approval Rule UI
2. Click Add icon, enter description and hit save
3. Error displays:
