Goals Notes Section Display Issue

After upgrading to 19B, we are seeing Goals Note section having display issue like page cutting off at right side on the Notes box. Please see the enclosed screenshot.

Navigator >> Goals and Performance (Careers and Performance) >> Goals >> Click on Any Goals >> Add Notes on the Goals at bottom.
