Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) Integrated with Oracle Identity Cloud (IDCS) and Azure as the Identity Provider (IdP) Throwing "There is a Problem with your account. Please contact Support" on Login just after a Logout

Information in this document applies to any platform.
We have integrated Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) with Oracle Identity Cloud (IDCS) using as an Identity Provider (IdP) Azur.
Login works fine, however when we try to logout and login back we get the IDCS error: "There is a Problem with your account. Please contact Support"
Below the steps that reproduce the issue for clarity:
Logout from OAC
After login out from OAC we will end up in the Azure logout screen
Now without closing our browser, access OAC.
We will be redirected to Azure to login as we can see below:
Login with the same user and the login will end up with IDCS throwing the following error:
