Unable To Update Final Close Date On Manage Payroll Relationship (UK Payroll) (Doc ID 2596755.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.01.0 version, Global Payroll

) customer is trying to add element entry on 1st of May
2) Element Name - "Annual Leave Amount Not taken"
3) Pay period 1st May - 30th May
4) Employee - 12345
5) they cannot add the element as the final close date is still 30th April 2019.


When attempting to change final close date of employee 12345 the following error occurs.

ERROR

The effective date must be earlier than or equal to 4712-12-31


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Manage payroll Relationship >> change final close date
