Intermittent TimeOut and 503 Errors When Accessing Site (Doc ID 2596929.1)

When accessing site and several microsites facing Timeout and/or 503 Errors as Store Front Servers were not Responding.

The behavior is intermittent and inconsistent.  It can happen for Chrome and work in Firefox, fail for one user but work for another user.

After Server Restart, users are able to access site but after some days, same issue is observed.
