19C Upgrade: 'Compliance Screening' Re-run Does Not Remove 'Control Screening' If Not A Match. (Doc ID 2597063.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 14, 2019

Applies to:

Oracle Trade Compliance Cloud Service - Version 19.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

'Compliance Screening' re-run does not remove 'Control Screening' if the 'Compliance Rule' criteria does not match the Transaction Line.

When a transaction line does not rematch with the compliance rule, any hold applied previously with the compliance rule should be removed.

EXAMPLE:
-------------
Trade Transaction / Line: XXX
Compliance Rule Set Group: XXX (Checks on the Transaction Line Quantity - Total Gross Weight)
If null, a match.
If no null not a match.

01. Run the Compliance Screening on the Transaction, while the Total Gross Weight quantity Qualifier does not exist.

Open the Transaction Line and check the 'Control Screening Results', you will find the Compliance Rule assigned due to the match.

02. Now Edit the Transaction Line, add the Total Gross Weight quantity Qualifier.

03. Run the Compliance Screening on the Transaction, while the Total Gross Weight quantity Qualifier exists.

Open the Transaction Line and check the 'Control Screening Results', you will find the Compliance Rule assigned still there despite the not match! It's expected that GTM removes this screening control (hold).
