On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Cost Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Customer reported COGS not recognized for couple of sales orders

Verified that the Create Cost Accounting Distrubutions was run successfully. Import Revenue Lines program also ran successfully without any issue.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
