On Unifier : Version: 19.4
When attempting to create and route a workflow type business process record to the next step in the workflow and clicking on "Send" the process gets stuck with the 3 loading dots. Eventually, after some time, one of the following Alert's may pop-up:
Alert Error2:0 error Status:0 -or- Error2:Internal Server Error Status:500
Something to the following may be found in the Unifier log files:
Error Msg = ORA-00001: unique constraint (UNIFIER.SYS_PROXY_HISTORY_PK) violated at oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:498)
[wrapped] java.sql.SQLIntegrityConstraintViolationException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (UNIFIER.SYS_PROXY_HISTORY_PK) violated
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create and Send the workflow records to the next step in the workflow as the action never completes processing.
