Timeout Issue (Doc ID 2597799.1)

Goal

User created SOAP connection to ERP web service in one of the OIC integration. When they access the integration, in SOAP connection, after 4 minutes, timeout is happening.

From the web service user is expecting a response and same will be updated downstream DB Server. Because of the timeout, they are not getting any response but in the back ground web service running successfully.

Request is to increase default connection timeout to 15 minutes .
