Account Information not Displayed in Admin or Agent for Contact Requests

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The account related information for contact requests is not displayed in the admin or agent environments.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Access the storefront.
- Enter the user details and the account related information (name and id).
- Submit the request
Alternatively, you can use the createProfileRequest REST endpoint to directly create the contact request.
- Access the admin or agent interfaces.
- Go to the contact request's page.
- Check the account related information. It is missing.
