No Error Logged In RIB Table With Invalid Messages Posted From External Systems (Doc ID 2597925.1)

Symptoms

No error logged in Retail Integration Bus(RIB) table with invalid messages posted from external systems.

Steps To Recreate: 

1.Shared xml has a virtual warehouse location. This is exceptional scenario when wrong location was entered by user.

There should be a error handling mechanism in RIB which calls out this error. Currently there are  no record  in RIB_MESSAGE and RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table.
