 On : 11.13.20.04.0 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Create Accounting submitted from FAH running for long time.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Create Accounting submitted from FAH should complete within reasonable time.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Scheduled processes
2. Submit Create accounting for FAH
3. Sub processes are running long.
