Symptoms

An Eloqua campaign did not send emails - the email batches were created, but failed to send. The email batch has Error Details similar to the following:

Error occurred while sending because there was no data in at least one of the email header fields (e.g., subject line, from, to, reply-to, etc.). Please ensure that header fields are not blank and that dynamically populated headers are not referencing blank fields (check signature rules, sender profile data or email fields).
