When Trying To Cross-dock To An ASN That Has An Order Related To No. ASN Shows Me This Error

On : 19.3 version, Core Product Functionality
when trying to cross-dock to an ASN that has an Order related to no. ASN shows me this error
ERROR

Exception 'Location' object nas no attribute 'allow_xdock_with_lock_flg'
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Created An Item, ASN and cartonized the item into one LPN
2. Created an Order to full fill the above Inventory and in order details assigned the above-created ASN number instead of Reqd LPN number
3. Created a Dock Location and applied a Lock code which is having the allocatable flag as enabled.
4.created a Dock and assigned the above-created dock location
5.checked-in the ASN load into the above-created Dock
6.performed cross-dock receiving with the following screen parameters
Module:RF-Text: Recv {lpn} Load
Screen:RF_Rec LPN Xdock/Post Dist
screen parameters:
flowthrough-alloc-prty : Matching PO or Empty
flowthrough-alloc-mode: Allow Residuals
xdock-mode: LPN Nbr, single, multi sku xdock facility
7.performed the cross-dock receiving with the above screen
-scanned the dock location
-system auto-populated the load number as we checed-in the load
-scanned the LPN number
8)Then the system shows me the following exception
Exception 'Location' object nas no attribute 'allow_xdock_with_lock_flg'

Due to this issue, users cannot proceed with the cross-dock
