How to add GL Accounts at Budgetary control Supplementary Rule Level ? (Doc ID 2598389.1)

Goal

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Planning and Budgeting

I have created CONTROL BUDGET and saved with 2 GL Codes at supplementary rule level and set the status to "In USE".

After that the requirement was to add some more GL accounts at  Budgetary control Supplementary Rule Level. For that the status was changed to redefined  of CONTROL BUDGET and tried to add GL accounts at supplementary rule level. But Addition(+) option is showing as gray out. And not able to add new GL account value.

Could you please advice how to add new GL accounts at supplementary level ?
