Cancellation Of Customer Order Ship From Store Having Issues (Doc ID 2598416.1)

Symptoms

When customer order shipment from store is cancelled, it is having some  issues.

Steps To Recreate:

       1. Set the SOURCE_LOC_ID to NULL and FULFILL_LOC_ID to a retail store.
       Notice that the cancel scenario is not working.
