Office365: Error Message Contains HTML Tags

Symptoms
On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Microsoft Office 365
When attempting to associate a non customer prospect account in the contact, O365 correctly throws an error; however, the error shows HTML tags.
The following error look like the following:

Actual Behavior- "
The selected Account is not a Verified account and cannot be associated.
" error is thrown.
Desired behavior - Error "The selected Account is not a Verified account and cannot be associated." should be thrown without HTML tags"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Office 365 client and UAT.
2. From the navigator go to contacts.
3. Select a contact and in the account field, associate a prospect account (non customer).
4. Click on save and continue.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users will receive error messages that are not aesthetically pleasing.
