How To Restrict Custom Per Diem Locations In Expense Dropdown List? (Doc ID 2598511.1)

Goal

User has loaded only per diem locations rates for certain locations.
However, when user selects destination in Expense, system is listing all locations which were loaded into the system. This is allowing users to select different location which were not loaded for that specific per diem locations.

How to restrict user to select only rates what we loaded?
