On : 11.13.19.07.0 version, Global Payroll

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After loaded the data, for the first period to report FPS in HCM, terminated employee 12345 in August 2019 on 2019/08/10 still appears in September FPS .

The issue is not reproducible by submitting FPS only for this employee, it occurs when the process is submitted for all employees

Date of Living reporting to HRMC has been completed as 2019/08/10

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Employee 12345 should not be reported in FPS
