Symptoms

On : 11.13.19.04.0 version, Manage Orders

Many Sales order stuck in Scheduled status.


ERROR

“Task {TASKNAME} in process {PROCESSNUMBER} timed out before an acknowledgment was received from the fulfillment application. (DOO-2685548)”


STEPS
-------
1. Import Order from sub-system
2. Submitted and scheduled
3. Stuck in error.
