"Soap Invocation Failure" When Creating An Action Link in BI Report (Doc ID 2598670.1)

When attempting to add an action link to analysis, the error below is displayed. If click OK it allows to create the action link.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create any BI report.
2. Click field's Column Properties > Interaction tab > in Value, select Primary Interaction = Action Links
3. Click Plus button and error above is displayed. If user clicks OK and try to add the action link again, it works.
