Cannot change the status of Control Budget Control Budget from "Not ready for use - redefining"
Error received when trying to put the Control Budget 'In Use':
The ranges of periods across the tree details records for control budget segment AW_Cost Centre must cover the entire period range of the control budget. (XCC-675249)
