"Launch Store as Customer" in Agent is Opening Undefined URLs in Browser (Doc ID 2598893.1)

When trying to access the store from the profile details section in OCCS-Agent console using the "Launch Store as Customer" button, it is opening an undefined URL page in the browser.

The following error is displayed in the UI:

The issue can be reproduced with the below steps:
1. Access the OCCS-Agent Console and search for a Customer. 
2. Select the Customer and drill down to Profile details section.
3. Click on the "Launch Store as Customer" button available in the Profile details tab.
