Symptoms
When trying to restart a Java Cloud Service (JCS) instance from the JCS console, WebLogic Server (WLS) server start-up failed with the following error:
Changes
Customer forgot the password he specified for the "weblogic" user when he created his JCS instance. So, he updated nm_password.properties manually and the password was changed.
