Symptoms

After 19D, when attempting to create a Job Offer to a candidate, the following error occurs:

An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following to obtain more detailed description of this incident: 5, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_as2_03, Application Name: ORA_HCM_UIApp.
