OAC: BI Services Are Getting Restarted Automatically With "Error Codes: Y9D5IDNK" (Doc ID 2599788.1)

Symptoms

BI services are getting restarted automatically in every few minutes.  you are also seeing  several of stuck threads on the server.

for example:

[TIME_STAMP] [OBIPS] [ERROR:16] [] [saw.threadpool.hostlookup]
[ecid: ] [tid: ] [SI-Name: ] [IDD-Name: ] [IDD-GUID: ] [userId: ] ThreadPool<HostLookup:0>: Worker thread
job errored out. Unable to resolve the name for <Server_IP>.
Error Codes: Y9D5IDNK:
Location: saw.subsystem.security.hostnameResolver.processor,
saw.threadpool.hostlookup, saw.threads
HOST_NOT_FOUND
