- Instantis Cloud Service Additional Nonproduction Environment (B76564)

Audience: Users of Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service (B71685 or B76553) and related services listed above
Oracle is announcing the end-of-life of Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service and related services (“Services”) starting October 17, 2019.
Between October 17, 2019 and December 31, 2020, customers of the Services will have the ability to:
- Expand their number of subscriptions to the Services based on their existing contract
- Purchase add-on Services to Instantis EnterpriseTrack based on their existing contract terms
- Renew their subscription through December 31, 2020 (applicable to customers whose current contract expires between October 17, 2019 and December 31, 2020)
After December 31 2020, contracts in place will be honored through their end date but no additional expansions, add-ons, or renewals will be allowed.

1. If I have a current contract for Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service (“Service”), when will my Service end?
Your Service will remain in effect through the expiration of the term specified in your most recent order. See question 2 for additional details.
2. What options do I have following this end-of-life announcement?
Between October 17, 2019 and December 31, 2020, you can:
- Expand your number of subscriptions to Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service based on your existing contract terms.
- Purchase add-on Services to Instantis EnterpriseTrack based on your existing contract terms
- Renew your subscription to Instantis EnterpriseTrack Cloud Service through December 31, 2020 (applicable if your current contract expires between October 17, 2019 and December 31, 2020)
3. Is there an alternative solution for Instantis EnterpriseTrack?
Depending on your organization’s use of Instantis EnterpriseTrack, Oracle Primavera Cloud Service for Portfolio Management may provide sufficient functionality to replace Instantis. For more information see: https://www.oracle.com/industries/construction-engineering/primavera-portfolio.html
Alternatively, Oracle Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Cloud, which is part of Oracle’s ERP Cloud offering, could present an attractive option: https://cloud.oracle.com/en_US/erp-cloud.
